M r. Ronald R. Anderson is the founder of Anderson Funeral Home. He graduated from Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1969 with a degree in mortuary science, completed his apprenticeship in Tampa, FL and moved to Fort Myers, FL after completing construction of the funeral home located at 3654 Palm Beach Boulevard in 1972.

Mr. Anderson spent most of his earlier years actively involved in his community. He was a Lee County Auxillary Deputy for over 8 years, was the past President of the Fort Myers Kiwanas Club, and spent 6 years on the Board of Directors for the Florida Funeral Directors Association.

Mr. Anderson has dedicated his life to the funeral business. Serving families in Lee county since 1972, Mr. Anderson takes pride in knowing that his business continues to be family owned and operated after he sold the business to Daryn & Angela Patterson in 2005.
